Patrick believes in the power of imagery to positive effect change in those who view it. He constantly explores how the synergy of photography and information design can be used to promote, inform, and enlighten viewers.

Since 1999, he has worked as a creative personality for many technology firms in and outside of Silicon Valley including Nokia, SAN Valley Systems, Startust.com / Penton Media, TrollTech, and most recently SonicWALL, a company for whom he currently writes and designs technical documentation and training material.

Teaching, and sharing knowledge is another passion, and Patrick has worked in this capacity with several institutions/companies including San Jose State University, San Jose Youth Symphony, and SonicWALL, Inc.

Currently, Patrick holds a Bachelor's degree in Art with a concentration in Graphic Design and minor in Photography from San Jose State University. While studying both design and photography at SJSU, Patrick was elected as PR officer of the Photographers' Guild, where he helped build the club from an organization of just 3 members to over 20.

Apart from his work in the visual arts, Patrick continues to enjoy performing arts. Playing both flute and guitar since age 12, he continues with these passions today as a performer and writer/arranger.
